Lately, galettes have been our jam.

Sweet ones, savory ones, bacon ones and peach ones.
I'd had my eye on this one for a while
and finally had a reason to bake it.
It was kinda an event;
lots of steps.

So I took pictures of it,
patiently waited it to cool

and LeBron ate it.
